Shipping policy

We’d hand deliver them if we could.

We print every mug fresh on demand, meaning no dusty warehouse shelves, no mass production, just freshly pressed sarcasm.
That means your order might take a few days longer than the stuff big-box retailers fling out by the million. Worth it, though.


1. Fulfilment Time

Each mug is printed and packed within 3–5 working days after you place your order.
This can stretch to 7 working days during busy periods (like Christmas, or when everyone quits their job at once).

These are estimates, and delays can happen thanks to postal strikes, customs, or the universe in general.


3. Shipping Costs

  • UK standard delivery: £1.99 per mug
  • Free UK shipping when you buy two mugs or more
  • International rates vary (shown at checkout before you commit).

We don’t charge handling fees or surprise extras. We hate that as much as you do.


4. Order Tracking

Once your mug ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info (where available).
If you’ve checked your tracking number 14 times and it hasn’t moved, give it another day, or email corporate@propermugged.co.uk and we’ll glare at the courier on your behalf.


5. Lost or Missing Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within:

  • 14 working days (UK), or
  • 28 working days (international)

…drop us an email. We’ll sort a replacement, a refund, or carrier investigation, depending on the situation.


6. Damaged Deliveries

If your mug arrives cracked, chipped, or otherwise traumatised, email corporate@propermugged.co.uk with a photo.
We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “per my last email.”


7. Address Errors

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you accidentally send your mug to your ex, your old office, or the void, we’ll try to help, but replacements for mistyped addresses aren’t covered under free reships.

Short version: we replace damaged or misprinted items, but can’t refund “changed my mind” orders as every mug is made just for you.


Please don’t yell at us

We’re small, sarcastic, and human.
If your order goes missing, we’ll fix it.
If it’s just slow, it’s probably in line at the post office, listening to hold music.
