2. The Nature of Our Products
All mugs are print-on-demand: made individually when you order.
That means each piece is unique and produced specifically for you. Minor variations in print placement or colour are part of the charm, not grounds for outrage.
3. Ordering
When you place an order and pay, you’re making an offer to purchase. We’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it and another once your mug is on its way.
If an item is out of stock (rare, but possible), we’ll contact you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if something’s gone catastrophically wrong, you know, like a pricing error that lists a mug at 12p. We won’t honour that.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent).
We never store your card details, because frankly, we don’t want that responsibility.
5. Shipping
We print and dispatch within 3–5 working days, then hand your parcel to the postal gods.
Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates; once it’s with the courier, we can glare but not control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because our mugs are printed to order, we can only accept returns for:
- Damaged or misprinted items
- Wrong design or quantity sent

Changed your mind? Sadly, your mug is already living its best life and can’t be un-printed.
7. Cancellations
If you want to cancel, email corporate@propermugged.co.uk as quickly as possible.
If your mug hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll cancel and refund.
If it’s already printing, it’s too late, we’re past the point of no return (literally).
8. Accuracy of Information
We try to keep product descriptions, prices, and imagery accurate. Occasionally a typo or a rogue pixel sneaks through, and we reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All product names, designs, slogans, and text on this site are the intellectual property of Proper Mugged.
Please don’t steal them. Create your own burnout jokes.
10. Limitation of Liability
We can’t be held liable for indirect losses, emotional damage from meetings, or third-party courier mishaps.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Privacy
We collect and use your data responsibly and in accordance with the UK GDPR.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the English courts (ideally over a cup of coffee).
